Applications are accepted from 04/14/2025 to 05/12/2025, with awards announced afterward. A One-Time Little Wish is a single, one-time award designed to support a specific wish or enrichment opportunity for a child. Examples can include summer camp, registration fees, school trips, or uniforms.

Awards are decided by a lottery and might not cover the entire wish. This year, a One-Time Little Wish is available to eligible youth not receiving ongoing enrichment support from Blue Skies. Our goal is to reach as many youths as possible in Whatcom and Skagit counties with this model.
